1. Courier Authentication & Profile Logging
   • Courier login or ID scan (e.g. via staff barcode or PIN)
   • Auto-fill of courier name, route, and return time
2. Parcel Tracking Integration
   • Scan tracking number (barcode/QR code)
   • Validate against delivery history
   • Automatically update parcel status to “Returned”
3. Return Reason Selection
   • Courier selects return reason from pre-defined list (e.g. “No one home”, “Address issue”, “Refused by recipient”)
4. Photo Upload (Optional)
   • Upload photo proof of package condition or delivery attempt slip
5. Bulk Scan Mode
   • Scan multiple parcels quickly in succession (ideal for high-volume returns)
6. Real-Time Sync with Backend System
   • All scanned data instantly uploaded to central logistics platform
   • Sync with inventory or re-dispatch system if applicable
7. Return Confirmation Slip / Receipt
   • Optional printout or digital confirmation of returned items
8. Admin Dashboard (for warehouse supervisors)
   • View all return logs by courier/date/time
